Getting your choice of unit and location
  • To get Reservation on your desired unit, prepare the following:
    • Completely filled-up Purchaser's Information Sheet
    • Two (2) Valid Government Issued IDs, including spouse - if applicable
    • Issue Post Dated Checks (PDCs) - this will cover Buyer's Equity and Processing Fee, number of checks corresponds to your preferred unit and term (E.g. if you opt for 48 months, you should issue 48 post dated checks)
    • Your Pag-ibig Loan amortization will only start after your unit has been built or in time after full-payment of your equity/processing fee prerequisite. And for your unit to be ready for construction, you should have submitted all requirements for housing loan thru Pag-ibig (see below the checklist) - approximately One (1) year before your Post dated checks end
