Davao City, 24 July 2025 – Donato Te Esparrago II with Dakbayan Realty, has been awarded the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification, the premier negotiation credential in the United States of America. The RENE is conferred by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) and is an official certification of the National Association of REALTORS®. Donato joins an elite group of real estate professionals from around the world who have earned the RENE certification. All were required to successfully complete comprehensive coursework in negotiation and subscribe to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.
Donato Te Esparrago II is a licensed real estate broker and founder of Dakbayan Realty, a Davao-based brokerage serving residential and investment clients across the region. With over a decade of experience and credentials including CIPS, ABR®, SRS®, e-PRO®, and PSA, he is known for his professionalism, market insight, and client-focused approach. A graduate of Ateneo de Davao University with further real estate studies at De La Salle–CSB, Donato also served as past president of the Davao Board of Realtors Foundation, Inc., and remains an active leader in the local and international real estate community.
